Improvement of the efficiency of sales and sales support teams in the various markets in collaboration with country managers, sales managers, sales managers, sales managers, marketing managers, brand managers.

Anchor 1

Scope : 

Redesign of the sales team management strategy. Restructuring the collaboration between sales departments and brand managers. Development of new methods for managing sales performance indicators, improvement of time management and priorities at team level. And supervision over the duration of the operational management of the sales teams over a period of 4 to 12 months.

Team coaching :

  • Raising the skills of management teams in the context of managerial management (middle management and top management).

  • Creation of new team communication tools and planning of meetings.

  • Redefinition of the roles and responsibilities of each person in the value creation chain within the company.  

  • Long-term support in terms of tracking and reporting, the implementation of corrective actions to achieve commercial objectives.

Implementation of new tools :

  • Creation of shared reporting tools. 

  • Overhaul of the customer data collection strategy. 

  • Creation of operational marketing activation schedules for 12-month cycles.

  • Overhaul and adaptation of sales support tools to the cultural specificities of the different markets.
